The order handling process for tempered glass takes place in our company as follows:
1. AFTER RECEIVING AN ORDER FROM A CUSTOMER, THE SYSTEM CALCULATES THE DIMENSIONS OF A GLASS FORM TO BE CUT.
2. GLASS CUTTING – WE CUT USING THE AUTOMATIC GLASS CUTTING TABLE (CNC) OR MANUALLY.
3. THE NEXT STEP IS EDGE PROCESSING – WE GRIND AND BLUNT THE GLASS ON MULTI-SPINDLE GRINDERS TO OBTAIN E.G. A HIGH GLOSS FINISH
4. SUBSEQUENTLY, WE DRILL OPENINGS – WE HAVE SEVERAL SPECIALIST GLASS DRILLERS, WE DRILL DIAMETERS FROM 4 MM TO 80 MM.
5. UPON CUSTOMER REQUEST, WE TEMPER THE GLASS IN OUR GLASTON FC500 FURNACE TO OBTAIN A VERY HIGH QUALITY OF TEMPERING.
6. IF THERE IS A NEED – WE ALSO PAINT THE TEMPERED GLASS ON REQUEST IN ANY COLOR.
We also offer UV point bonding and many other services complementing the glass processing process.

Upon customer request, we can import any type of glass currently used in the glass industry. We present a listing of glass types (available in different thicknesses):
